Payments Reconciliation & Exceptions Engine

Java 25 + Spring Boot 4.1 on PostgreSQL 17. Ingests CSV and camt.053 bank statements plus ledger entries, matches them through a deterministic four-tier engine, and routes the rest to exception cases with routing and SLA policy. Built docs-first; ingestion, matching and case intake are in code and benchmarked.

Measured on the synthetic corpus (docs/benchmarks.md): 92.4% auto-confirmed · 1M statement lines in 12.8 s, one cold run · identical output hash on every repeat.
